Hi!

My name is Jena Myers, and I have the privilege of being the MTSS/PLC Coach here at JMS! This is my 12th year in education and my first year at JMS.

I started my education at Valdosta State University where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (P-5). I then completed my Masters in K-5 Reading and Mathematics at Walden University. My most recent educational accomplishment was the completion of my Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University. In addition to those degrees, I also have endorsements in ESOL, Gifted, Online Teaching, and Instructional Coaching. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner, and I look forward to the opportunities the future brings.

To the left, you will find a picture of my family. My husband, Grant, is the defensive coordinator at Cherokee High School. We are a big football family! Also pictured are our two daughters: Hadleigh (4) and Annistyn (2). They are our pride and joy!
