Welcome!

My name is Amy Priest. I am entering my 23^nd year of teaching and spent the first 21 years in Cherokee County. I love to help students become better readers and writers. I have taught kindergarten through sixth in various capacities. Most of my experience was that of a homeroom teacher, but I also served as a special education teacher, ESOL teacher, and interventionist.

My husband Jeff and I reside in Ball Ground with our three children. My son Trevor recently graduated from Creekview and will attend college this fall. I have two daughters, Anna, who will be in 9^th grade, and Abigail, who will be in 8^th grade. Our family also has a boxer dog named Zoey and a cat named Maggie. I greatly enjoy spending time with my family and attending their various performances and sporting events.

I am excited to be a part of the staff of Jasper Middle School and can’t wait to work with your students this school year.
