Welcome!

This is my first year at JMS! I graduated from UGA with a degree in Middle Grades Education and am currently pursuing my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction at University of North Georgia. This is my 9th year teaching, my 3rd year teaching social studies, and my 2nd year in 6th grade. I am a mom of 4 - 2 boys and 2 girls. Exercise and athletics are some of my favorite after-school activities and the beach is my favorite vacation spot. I am very excited to be joining JMS!
