PJHS parents, students and families: Student schedules will be corrected by Monday. We are diligently working on balancing classes and placing students in the correct courses. Day 1 and I cannot brag on our new PJHS 7th grade class enough! Everyone has been impressed with how kind, polite, respectful, and well-mannered this group of students has been. They have laughed, participated in class, followed instructions, and done so without the typical "teenage attitude". Pickens County School District will once again have a staggered start to the school year. K-6 drop off times begin at 7:30 a.m. and after-school care is available until 6:00 p.m. (contact your school for more information).
Again this year, Pickens County School District will provide basic school supplies to all students.
